Follow these helpful tips to beat the heat and keep your "mug" melt proof!Start with using an oil absorbing moisturizer or mattifying lotion. Arbonne makes a great one from their FC5 line WITH SPF!
Begin your makeup routine with a primer. Smashbox, Quo, Gosh + Arbonne also make spectacular primers. It does help shield makeup from moisture. If you want to skip the powder apply a lose dusting of pressed powder BEFORE you apply your liquid products. This will still create a barrier for your foundations and help matify the skin.
Following your foundation or concealer, apply a pressed powder or oil mattifier powder. Keep it with you throughout the day for quick touch ups!
Other great products are waterproof mascara and eyeliner. My favs are: L'oreal voluminous mascara, and maybeline waterproof gel liner. Godsends. CARGO also makes a fabulous waterproof bronzer, which is fantastic for the hot summer months or while away on vacay!Keep on hand, oil blotters which are great for absorbing any surface shine!
